Whether you have learned the dagger form or this is your first experience, this workshop will take you through the basic dagger energies in solo and then partner drills.

This course is open to students who have studied some partner work and one weapon form (dagger, sabre or sword). We will also learn solo sabre drills to support this form.

This afternoon is open to anyone who has learned the traditional 108 form. We will be exploring the families of : Lu, White Crane, Raise Hands and Step Up and Hit.

​In this workshop we will be building on our knowledge of pushing hands to begin learning the traditional da lu curriculum and diagonal energies.​ Some experience of pushing hands reuired. Times: 10-4 ​Cost: £55
